This section showcases my work managing a professional costume atelier for stage and film productions. I was deeply involved in every step of the process—from sitting in on design meetings to sourcing fabrics and trims, managing scheduling, and ensuring seamless execution from first fitting to final curtain. I led a large team of tailors and seamstresses, serving as the key point of communication between the designers, shop owners, and the construction team.

I personally conducted fittings, communicated detailed notes and adjustments to the team, and regularly helped tailor and construct garments myself. I worked closely with designers to troubleshoot and refine both design and construction approaches, offering creative and logistical insight. My experience includes working backstage at numerous Broadway productions and collaborating with high-profile performers and celebrities, ensuring their costumes were stage-ready, secure, and performance-friendly under tight timelines.
