This collection concept serves as part 1 of 2 of "Time Flies" - an exploration into my relationship with my maternal granmother, as I cared for her during her declining fight with dementia. This concept touches on themes of spirituality, the distortion of memories, family bonds, coming to terms with ones own immortality, and the fragilty of humans as a species - though remarkable nonetheless. 

This first half below, focuses on youth and childhood memories. This is a very personal project, which I hope to revisit one day, giving it the justice it deserves, and honoring one of the extrodinary women that had a profound affect on my life.
