In collaboration with Studio Domio, I designed and executed a custom look for actress Amber Iman’s Broadway debut for her starring role in Lempicka. I worked closely with the studio owner to develop the concept, then partnered with a fellow tailor to bring the design to life—personally sewing and finishing key details, including intricate beading. The final look was a couture piece that balanced elegance and drama with Afro-futurism and naturalistic elements; for a high-profile debut, authentic to the client’s heritage and personal aesthetic.
